This job involved:
- Erecting pole & clip scaffold with a chimney saddle
- Taking down the chimney stack to a safe level
- Rebuilding the chimney stack in new bricks, with overcourse
- Supplying and fixing new chimney pot and cowl
- Flaunching the pot with sand and cement, including waterproofing agent
- Removing chimney saddle, redressing lead flashings and replacing any broken tiles
